Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Book and manage reservations for charter flights, training events, and special programs
  • Respond to inquiries regarding flight training courses, rates, charters, and events
  • Proctor aviation knowledge tests in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for students, training programs, and operations
  • Create and organize training folders for students, ensuring completeness and compliance
  • Assist in developing training proposals and supporting materials
  • Order and manage office supplies, flight training materials, and related resources
  • Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality customer service

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in standard office software and database systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required
  • Previous experience in aviation, training environments, or administrative support is preferred but not required
